Urchins is situated in a prime position within ‘The Old Town’ close to Prideaux Place and just four minutes walk to Padstow harbour restaurants, shops and inns.
Completely refurbished throughout for 2008 with lots of care and attention to detail it provides the very best in quality holiday cottage accommodation.

It is a three bedroom cottage for six people.
On entering the front door you will enter directly into the welcoming lounge/stairs with feature fireplace, sash windows and original pine floor boards. Included are two sofas, armchair, digital TV with freeview, DVD player/recorder, selection of DVD's and CD/radio player.
Leading from the lounge/stairs is the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen area is excellently equipped and dressed to perfection with, white shaker style units, Belfast sink, solid oak worktops, ceramic tile floor, butchers block, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, fan oven, extractor, microwave, iron and ironing board and digital radio.
The house bathroom is on the ground floor. It consists of full size bath with shower over, toilet and hand wash basin.
The dining area, perfect for lazy breakfasts and relaxing evenings eating in, is furnished with pine table and six chairs.
All bedrooms have an ipod video and docking station for your use and for children an X Box 360, Playstation, PSP Portable and DSLite with various games are available for your use in the top floor twin bedroom.
Upstairs the master en suite double bedroom is pure indulgence. Furnished with chunky oak and cream furniture. Included are bedstead, side tables, wardrobe, dressing table, iPod docking station, iPod player and hairdryer.
The master bedroom en suite wet room features power shower, counter top hand wash basin and ceramic tile pebble floor.
The double bedroom has double bed, side table, iPod docking station and iPod player. Access to the patio is from this room.
The twin room on the second floor has distant views over the ‘Old Town’ roof tops towards the Camel Estuary. Furnished delightfully with twin beds and side table, wardrobe, dressing table, TV/DVD player and iPod docking staion and iPod player.

Pillows, pillow protectors, all season duvet and mattress cover are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.
In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
