Trelawney sleeps 9 and a baby in three bedrooms and annexe. Totally refurbished for 2007 to an excellent standard with high quality fittings and furnishings it is an absolute delight. On entering Trelawney you will find yourself in the impressive hall with feature plasterwork and original staircase. Leading from the hall is the elegant lounge with two three seat sofas, two arm chairs, coffee table, wide screen TV, Free Sat TV Receiver, DVD player, CD player, feature fire place with gas coal flame effect fire, the perfect place to unwind, relax and gather with your family and friends. Further along the hall you will find the spacious dining room. This is furnished with a large oak dining table to seat ten, eight chairs (extra chairs are available from the dining set in the kitchen), and a sofa day bed: This can be used to sleep an extra person. The high specification kitchen again totally refurbished for 2007 has oak units with granite effect worktops, slate floor, stainless steel gas five burner range cooker, stainless steel feature cooker hood, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, combination microwave cooker, DAB radio, dining table and four chairs. High quality cutlery and table wear is provided. Leading from the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and access to the courtyard garden. The charming enclosed courtyard garden is equipped with table, chairs and barbecue and is ideally located to catch the afternoon and evening sun. On the other side of the courtyard is the added bonus of a self contained annexe or as we like to call it 'The Potting Shed'. This consists of sitting/bedroom with sofa, double bed, pull out trundle bed, TV, free Sat TV Receiver and tiled floor. Also included is an en suite shower room with hand wash basin and toilet. Located on the half landing in the hall is the house cloakroom with hand wash basin and toilet. On the first floor of the main house are three bedrooms. The delightful en suite master double bedroom with its blue and cream colour scheme is furnished with a classic wrought iron bedstead, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units with reading lights and clock radio. This room has views over the pretty patio garden. The luxury en suite shower room has shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hand wash basin and toilet. The twin bedroom to the front of Trelawney has views to Barry's Lane with its colourful, character cottages. It catches the early morning sun and has a soft green and cream colour scheme, tastefully furnished with twin beds with brass headboards, wardrobe and chest of drawers and it provides a lovely retreat. The bunk room also with views to Barry's Lane includes full size bunks with reading lights, combination wardrobe and chest of drawers. The luxury house bathroom has white bath with shower over, hand wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Full gas radiator central heating is available for your comfort throughout the year. WiFi Payphone. Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom and en suite, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff. In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you. One Travel Cot and One Highchair Available: There is no extra payment required for One Travel Cot and One Highchair. One dog allowed on ground floor: There is no extra payment required for one dog.
