Raleigh Cottage is situated just ten minutes walk from Padstow's harbour, restaurants, shops and inns.

Mainly furnished in Laura Ashley and Ikea, with a blue and cream furnishing scheme, it has a relaxed and comfortable seaside atmosphere.

The superb lounge has two comfy sofas, wide screen television, radio/CD player and a selection of CD’s and books.

Leading from the lounge is the kitchen, excellently equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, iron and ironing board.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area with its smart upholstered chairs and table.

To the rear of Raleigh is the sunny conservatory now furnished for 2008 with two seat sofa and two director chairs. Double doors open onto the south facing patio garden which has a Mediterranean feel with palm trees and colourful pots. Ideal for lazy sunny afternoons and barbecues.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, plenty of storage space is provided in both rooms.

The bathroom has a white suite with full size bath and shower over.

To the front of the property is a valuable asset in Padstow - your own parking space!

Raleigh is the ideal setting for you to relax and unwind and enjoy all that Padstow has to offer.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
