It is a charming immaculately presented cottage style two bedroom property for four people. Pebbles Cottage has been awarded Three Stars from The English Tourism Council.

Pebbles Cottage has stunning countryside views and is set in a peaceful location.

Recently totally refurbished with brand new gas central heating, ideal for cosy winter breaks, all new furniture and appliances in Laura Ashlely and Ikea, with a delphinium and cream furnishing scheme, it has a modern comfortable light and airy seaside feel.

The cosy lounge has for 2008, a comfy leather sofa and two armchairs, with a television/video and radio/CD player. A selection of CD’s and books are also available.

Through an archway is the kitchen, equipped with the following appliances, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board.

A separate dining room with table and chairs complete the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one twin and one double with storage space.
The rear twin bedroom has a tiny glimpse of the estuary and lovely countryside views.

The bathroom has a white suite with full size bath and shower over.

Outside to the rear is a sunny south facing patio garden with picnic bench and fantastic views over the countryside.

Parking is available in your own parking space in front of Pebbles garage, within approx 20 metres of house, a valuable asset in Padstow!

Pebbles Cottage is in the perfect location for you to explore Padstow, and a superb retreat for you to relax and unwind in.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress covers are provided.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
