 Harvest Cottage is situated in an superb countryside location between Padstow, St Merryn and the Atlantic Coast just five minutes drive from it's door to Padstow harbour edge and it's abundance of quality restaurants, unique shops and 'Old Inns' and minutes drive from some of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall. It is set in a small select conversion development of unique farm cottages set around a charming courtyard. Harvest Cottage is next door but one to Field View and would be the perfect cottage for families or friends wishing to book cottages close to each other. Excellently presented it is a delightful, high specification, immaculately presented character stone two bedroom cottage in a peaceful location for four people and a baby. Excellently presented it provides the very best in quality and location. On entering Harvest Cottage you enter the useful porch with coat and shoe storage. From the porch you enter the sunny spacious lounge and dining area with its crisp blue and white furnishing scheme. It is furnished with large squashy sofa, armchair, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, Free View and a selection of CD's and books, the perfect place to unwind and relax. Leading from the lounge area, patio doors open onto the sunny south facing patio with picnic bench, the perfect place for eating out on balmy summer evenings and enjoying the beautiful countryside. Leading from the lounge is the quality kitchen with slate floor and countryside views, excellently equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board. Upstairs the twin bedroom decorated in fresh white and yellow has fitted double wardrobe, small chest of drawers and countryside views. Also available is a portable TV for use with Play Station. In between the two bedrooms is the luxury bathroom with bath and shower adaptor, shaver point and heated towel rail. On the other side of the cottage the lovely double bedroom with lovely countryside views. It is decorated in relaxing neutrals it has a double wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hairdryer. There is also plenty of room for a cot to be used. Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and mattress protectors are all provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff. In the case of two or more week bookings, clean linen will be delivered to you on you changeover day at 10 am at the cottage. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you. One dog allowed downstairs.
