Off road Parking For One Car Only is included in the tariff. The private land parking area where you park your car is located just off St Saviours Lane approximately 150 metres from Hardys. Go to our 'cottage locations', link at the top of the page for map location. St Saviours Lane is just to the left of Hardys logo on the map. A permit to display in your car will be in Hardys ready for your arrival. Your car is parked in the above private land parking area at owner's risk.

It is an immaculately presented spacious three bedroom cottage for six people.

On entering the front door you will enter directly into the welcoming lounge including feature fireplace with gas coal effect fire, one sofa, three armchairs, beams, digital TV with freeview, DVD player and CD player.

Leading from the lounge is the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen area is excellently equipped and dressed to perfection with, white units, slate floor, dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, electric fan oven with warming drawer, extractor, microwave, iron and ironing board and digital radio. Double doors from the kitchen open directly onto the spacious south facing patio and garden.

The dining area, perfect for lazy breakfasts and relaxing evenings eating in, is furnished with pine table and six chairs.

Leading from the kitchen via the garden is the laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and fridge/freezer. Leading from the laundry room there is a toilet and hand wash basin.

A high chair is available in Hardys for you to use.

The shower room is located off the half landing. Excellently presented to include: Large shower cubicle with power shower, heated towel rail, travertine floor and mosaic wall tiles.

Upstairs the master double bedroom is pure indulgence. Furnished with bespoke furniture it includes, king size bedstead, side tables, integrated wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, TV with freeview and hairdryer.

A travel cot, bring your own linen, is available in Hardys for you to use.

The first floor twin bedroom has two single beds, side table, chest of drawers and hairdryer.

The house bathroom is located on the second half landing. Indulge yourself in luxury. Included is bath with hand held shower attachment, hand wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail, travertine floor, feature mirror and shaver plug.

The twin room on the second floor has views over the garden and the ‘Old Town’ roof tops. Furnished delightfully with twin beds and side table, chest of drawers and hairdryer.

Pillows, pillow protectors, duvet and mattress cover are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.

A travel cot, supply your own bedding and linen, is included in the tariff.

A high chair is included in the tariff.
