Harbour's Reach is a fantastically located large cottage, built 1580, with garden, situated 20 metres from Padstow harbour. A supreme collection of restaurants, inns and shops are all on its doorstep. If you want to be in the heart of Padstow, dining in top restaurants, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a pub meal or simply crab fishing from the harbour edge Harbour's Reach is definitely for you.

Harbour's Reach is located next door to Seagulls which sleeps two making a total of sleeps ten in two cottages located next to each other.

Harbour's Reach sleeps 8 in four bedrooms plus a baby. A sofa bed in the second lounge/den sleeps one extra person, 9 persons in total.

Equipped to an excellent standard with high quality fittings and furnishings it is an absolute delight.

On entering Harbour's Reach you will find yourself in the hall.

Leading from the hall up a flight of stairs is the welcoming lounge superbly furnished and equipped with two leather three seat sofas, arm chair, coffee table, wide screen TV with integrated Free view, DVD/CD player, Bose ipod docking station, feature fire place with flame effect electric fire. A small window provides stunning views across the harbour to the Camel Estuary and Rock beyond and from the main windows are views along The Strand. The perfect place to unwind, relax and gather with your family and friends.

From the lounge up five steps is the stunning spacious dining and kitchen with feature beams and views over the garden. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table to seat eight and large dresser.

The high specification kitchen area has wood units with polished slate worktops, central island with inset gas hob, built in gas oven and grill, dish washer, large fridge/freezer, microwave cooker, coffee machine and DAB radio. High quality cutlery and table wear is provided.

Leading from the kitchen area, down a small flight of steps, is the utility room with washing/dryer machine and access to the garden.

Also leading from the kitchen area is the first floor bathroom. It has bath with shower over, hand wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

The charming enclosed garden is equipped with table, chairs and is ideally located to catch the sun virtually all day.

On the first floor leading off the lounge is the delightful master bedroom with bedstead, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and views along Strand Street.

On the ground floor leading off the hall is the front twin bedroom. Furnished with wardrobe, dressing and side tables.

Next to the bunk room is the rear twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

From the ground floor inner hall is the second spacious lounge/den with, sofa bed, this can be used to sleep one extra person, armchair, TV, Free view Box, Play Station 2/DVD Player and electric fan wood burner stove.

New for 2010. The ground floor shower room has been totally refurbished with 1200mm shower enclosure, hand wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and slate flooring.

Full gas radiator central heating is available for your comfort throughout the year.

Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom and en suite, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
