It is an immaculately presented three bedroom traditional cottage for five people.

On entering the front door you will enter directly into the welcoming lounge/dining/stairs with feature fireplace and gas flame effect fire. Included are two comfy sofas, leather tub seat, digital TV with freeview, CD/radio player and solid oak floor.

Leading from the lounge area is the kitchen excellently equipped and furnished in contemporary style included are, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven, extractor, microwave, iron, ironing board and slate floor.

The dining area, perfect for lazy breakfasts and relaxing evenings eating in, is furnished with pine table and five chairs.

Upstairs the sunny double bedroom is furnished with pine bedstead, side tables, wardrobe and hairdryer.

The twin room is furnished delightfully with twin beds, side tables and wardrobe. Gullfoss is situated in a prime position within ‘The Old Town’ close to Prideaux Place and just three minutes walk to Padstow harbour restaurants, shops and inns.

The single bedroom is furnished with single bed, side table and chest of drawers.

The luxury bathroom, refurbished completely for 2009, includes full size bath, hand wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and electric shaver socket.

To the rear of Gullfoss is the added bonus of a patio garden with bench seating.

Pillows, pillow protectors, all season duvet and mattress cover are provided. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff.

In the case of two or more week bookings clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you.
