It is a stunning immaculately presented luxury traditional one bedroom cottage for two people and baby with a very rare facility in Padstow 'Old Town' of a private off road parking space within 10 metres of cottage for all bookings made before 16 June 2008. For bookings made after 16 June 2008 a free car parking ticket for the South Quay car park, just five minutes walk away, will be provided for the duration of your stay. The cottage is accessed through the stable door into the hall with feature diamond shape window and coat storage. Leading off the hall is a storage cupboard. From the hall is the inviting lounge with feature cast iron fireplace and surround. Please note this is not a working fire place. A sofa and armchair are provided for your perfect relaxation. White wooden blinds for privacy, solid oak flooring and limited edition prints by Cornish artist Sasha Harding are also included. For your entertainment a LCD TV with Built in DVD/DivX(Option) Player and a selection of current CD and DVD are provided. A Bose SoundDock Digital Music System is also provided for your ultimate enjoyment. Freshly pressed bed linen (beds will be made ready for your arrival) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one hand towel and bath mat in bathroom, one hand and two tea towels in kitchen) are also included in the tariff. In the case of two or more week bookings we offer a free changover day clean and clean linen bed making service, include request for this service in the 'Your Details' section of the booking form. If you do not wish to use this facility clean linen will be delivered to you on your changeover day at 10 am at the end of each week. Place all your dirty linen in a black bag, this will be collected when your clean linen is delivered. Beds will not be remade for you. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed
